At BioGuardian Nutratech, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

2. Returns

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The return must also include the original bill.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time frame for receiving the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
